For us, the safety and health of our employees is the highest asset, without which no economic success is possible in the long term.

For this reason, safety and health always take priority over other corporate objectives such as profitability, quality and environmental protection. If there is any danger to the life and health of employees, activities must be stopped immediately in case of doubt.

The management takes all necessary measures to provide safe and healthy workplaces and to prevent accidents at work and illnesses caused by work.

Hazards are assessed as early as the planning stage for processes, systems and the procurement of work equipment, hazards are eliminated as far as possible and risks are minimized as far as possible.

Compliance with legal and contractual requirements is a self-evident minimum standard for us in all activities. On this basis, we strive for continuous improvement of our SGA management system and our occupational safety performance.

Our managers are committed to exemplary behavior. They inform their subordinates about hazards, protective measures and legal obligations and monitor compliance with protective measures and instructions. This also flows into their evaluation.

The management is always open to open communication and constructive criticism from all managers and employees.
